She was predeceased by: her parents, George Childress and Mary Childress; her son Bobby Gene May; and her siblings, Faye Stafford, Jerry, Michael and James Childress.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. May; her children, Debra Stempf (Rick), Joseph J. May and John A. May; her grandchildren, Scott Stempf, Ryan Stempf (Chandra), Lisa Marie Ellis, Kelly May, Eric, Michael, Branden, Cayla, Caledonia and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Noah and Grace Stempf; her sister Ann Parchman; and her sisters-in-law, Sheila Piechna and Sherry Childress. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
