She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bandemer and Margaret Bandemer; and her siblings-in-law, Emanuel and Mary Gutierrez. She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her children, Joseph Gutierrez and Ashley Gibson (Shaq); her grandchildren, Mia Fasula, Ella Fasula, Zoey Gutierrez, Joshua Robinson, Melody Robinson and Lincoln Gibson; her friend Diane "Sunshine" Terry; and her pets, Roxy and Baby Girl. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
At the request of the family, Memorials may be made in Joans name with the Humane Society in Munster, Indiana.
