It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Slouf of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Slouf; her parents, Raymond Strauch and Virginia Strauch; and her sister Ginger Strauch. She is also survived by her three children.
