He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Netherlands' and Margrietha Hoogeveen (Wulff); his wife Margaret Eggink; his brothers, Jake (Mary Ann) and Albertus; his sons, Andre (Heather), Eric (Diane), Brian (Abbie) and Dennis; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Lauren, Owen, Duncan, Vincent, Emmy and Rembrandt.
