It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Gale Slaven of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Slaven and Plina Slaven. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Slaven; his children, Sherry Klut (Charles) and Steve Slaven (Natalie); and his sisters, Kathy Parker (Bob) and Janet Allen (Gary). He is also survived by nine grandchildren: many great grandchildren.
