He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dombrowski and Wanda Dombrowski; his son Roman Dombrowski; his brother Walter Dombrowski Jr.; his siblings-in-law, William J. Gorcsos (Nova) and Debbie Dombrowski; and his nephew Kenneth Gorcsos.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Crystal Burrell (Dean); his siblings, David Dombrowski (Dana), Lorraine Walston and Steven Dombrowski; and his pets, Hope, Faith, Max, Chewbacca and Katie.
