He is survived by: his father Victor Czerekaviczius of Gary; his wife Nicole Czerekaviczius of Hammond; his sons, Jeremiah and Alexander Czerekaviczius of Hammond; his siblings, Christina Czerekaviczius and Kevin Czerekaviczius of Minnesota; and his nephew Joseph Czerekaviczius of Gary. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, friends.
