It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey K. Stevens of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stevens and Patricia Stevens (Flynn); his aunts, Phyllis Seaman and Mary Ann Budreau; his uncle Paul; and his granddaughter Amber Musgrave.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Stevens; his children, Peyton Janney Sr. (Dianne) of Illinois and Mary Ann Musgrave of Hammond, Indiana; his siblings, Michael Stevens (Marlene) of Hammond and Susan Sykes (Kenneth) of Virginia; his sister-in-law Janet Swanson of Highland, Indiana; his grandchildren, Peyton Janney, Quintin Janney, Ryan Musgrave (Nia), Cortney Neely (Ronald), Amanda Ocasio (Christopher), Elizabeth Nelson and Vivian Nelson; his great grandchildren, Daniel Musgrave, Penelope Ocasio and Emery Ocasio; his nephew Mark Fichter; his niece Shannon Fichter; his great-nephew Zachary Duddleston; and his great-niece Kacey Duddleston. He is also survived by several cousins and many devoted friends.
