He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhonda F. Wheeler and William B. Wheeler; his siblings, Jennifer Britton (Michael) and Marvin E. Pewitt; and his nephew Anthony L. Aguilera.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Pewitt, Billie Ratkovich, Sherry Tuscuson, Mary Elizabeth McGregor, Fred Pewitt and Michael Wheeler; his grandmother Phyllis DeFord; and his friend Demetria Beaulieu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
