She is survived by: her husband Kevin Gerhardt; her sons, David, James and Kevin Jr. (Alyzae); her granddaughters, Leanna, Kailee and Novaleigh; her brother Chris Spolnik (Barb); and her nieces and nephews, Ann, Elizabeth, Maryann, Andrew, Amy, Terra, Daniel and Kimberly. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins.
