He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mazur and Paulina Mazur; his sister Carol Kovach; and his fathers-in-law, Richard Kovach, Raymond Slizewski and Ronald Rannells.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Mazur; his children, Chris (Lisa), Laura Fife (Thomas), Daniel, Lisa Kawalec (Thomas) and David; his grandchildren, Rachael (Brad), Catherine, Megan (Josh), Kailey, Elissa, Paulina, Sydney, Sarah, Ryan, Broderick and Abigail; his great grandchild Archer; and his mothers-in-law, Judy Slizewski, Dorothy Rasmussen (George), Charlotte Rannells and Michelle Hartzler (Jeff). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, friends.
Gerald had been battling Alzheimer's and Parkinson's for many years, and we would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to his home health care aids and those who gave him excellent care, especially Shannon and Henrietta.
