He was predeceased by: his father Everardo Cervantes. He is survived by: his sons, Everardo Sergio, Saul, David and Angel Cervantes; his mother Esther Cervantes; his siblings, Abelardo Ayala and Elena Cervantes; and his wife Celia Munoz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
