She was predeceased by: her parents, James Self and Gwen Self (Hill); her husband Alfred A. Geurts, Jr. (Both); her sister Audry (Self); her nephew David Morris; and her son-in-law Jeff Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Jane "Jane Ann" Duncanson (Wayne) of Hammond, Janice Dobrinich (Dave) of Munster, Susan Osborne of Atlanta, GA, Sharon Jukes (Tom) of Terre Haute and Alan Geurts (Tracie) of Hammond; her grandchildren, Lori Berdine (Rick), Lisa Cory (Jake), Jennifer Havlin, Sara Brown (Jonathan), David Dobrinich, Katie, McKenna Osborne, Thomas, Mary Jukes, Heather Parkerson (Jessie), Megan Hunter (Winston), Shelby Geurts and Kyle Bunton (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Alex Berdine, Alyssa Drinski (Mike), Brandon, John, Zack Cory (Brylee), Kylee, Connor, Samantha Havlin, Oliver, Eloise Brown, Indy Parkerson, Westley, Maeve Hunter and Jordan Bunton; her nieces and nephews, Debbie, Sandy, Elizabeth, Gayle, Mark and Carol; her friends, Olivia and Peyton; her pet Chloe; and her close friend Mercy.
