He is survived by: his sons, John (Barb), Michael (Peg), Anthony (Angela), Stephen (late Melissa) and Robert Smith; his grandchildren, Zachary, Cheyenne (Mark), Hunter, Thomas, Jennifer and Amy; his great grandchild Wyatt; his stepdaughters, Valerie Crowl (Matthew) and Yvette Venable; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany and Bradley Tidwell; and his siblings, Patricia Dalton (late Tom), Judy Henson (Ken), Bill Smith (Marsha) and Phil Smith (Pat).
