He is survived by: his children, Donna J. Pierce, Kenneth Pierce, Linnae Kowalczyk and Deborah Szilagyi (Jozsef); his grandsons, Philip Herrman, Joseph and Maxwell Szilagyi; and his sister Lois McAllister (late George).
