He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Jacque Norton, James Mathias, Jessica Mathias and Rachel Mathias; his grandchildren, Jacob Djurdjevich, Miracle Mathias, Theodore Perryman, Hazel Perryman, Collinanna Perryman and Pearl Perryman; his siblings, Mark Montoya and Stacy Mingo (Ty); and his aunts and uncles, Tessy, Dodi, Christine, Jody, Kitty, Debbie, James and Charlie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
