We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Diane Lynn Cichocki of Hammond, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Cichocki; her parents, Donald Blount and Rose Blount; her brother Steven Blount; and her in-laws, Jacqueline and Theodore Cichocki.

She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Gaspar (Ian), Kelly Matijevich (Joseph) and Nathan Cichocki (Nicole); her grandchildren, Cydney, Noah, Gwyndolyn, Amilia and Levi; and her pet Burt.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Cancer Society or contributions directly to the family.
