She was predeceased by: her brothers-in-law, Bill Pietraszak (Diane) and James "Jim" Pietraszak. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Melissa Pietraszak and Walter Pietraszak; her friend John Ray; her brothers-in-law, Michael Pietraszak (late Lisa), Patrick Pietraszak, Paul Pietraszak, David Pietraszak and Joseph Pietraszak; and her pets, Shelby, Saydee and Oreo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society or Humane Indiana.
