He was predeceased by: his brother Jeffery; and his mother-in-law Maxine. He is survived by: his parents, David Taylor and Sherry Fisher; his siblings, Teresa (Dale) and Brian (Andy); his children, Matthew, Megan (Robert), Elizabeth, Jason and Derrick Perkins; his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Teddy), Paul (Cami), Nick, Joey (Autumn), Elle, Damian and Dayton; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Alicia, Nova and Mahlon.
