He was predeceased by: his significant other Celia Wallace; and his parents, Russell Wallace and Nancy Wallace. He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Wallace and David Wallace (Marcia); his nephew Robert Whalin; his nieces, Chelsey Witsberger (Paul), Ann Arbor of Michigan and Casey Wallace; his uncle Tom Wallace (Jan); and his cousins, Cindy Julovich (Steve), Mike Williams (Lisa), Joseph Wallace and Tina Scesney (Lance).
