He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his brothers, Tom and Dave (Patricia); his children, Daniel Urbanczyk (Debbie), Jennifer Doolin and Dawn Ramirez (Raul); and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Karley, Kyleigh, Madison, Destiny, Mackayla and Colt.
