He was predeceased by: his son Bobby Ingram; and his parents, Cecil Ingram and Marjorie Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ingram; his daughters, Erica Kane and Jodi Bennett (Floyd); and his stepchildren, Larry Cole, Jennifer Cole and Ann Coglianese (Brett). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Northwest Indiana Veterans Village in honor of Chuck's life and service.
