He is survived by: his wife Sara Amaya; his daughter Francis Carmona Amaya; his stepdaughter Regina Smith; his grandchildren, Michelle Smith, Angela Smith, Christopher Smith and Samantha Barango (Nick); and his great grandchild Anastasia Rosegay.
