He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro and Maria (Vega); his wife Anna Maria (Gonzalez); and his siblings, Guadalupe Escobedo (Pedro), Maria Ventura, Antonia and Petra Gaona (Maria Dilbeck).
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony (Jennifer) of Palatine, IL and Robert (Erin) of Chicago, IL; his brother Manuel (Delia); his grandchildren, Robert (Olivia) of Newark, NJ, Nicole of Chicago, IL, Grace, Daniel of Hampshire, IL, Thomas and Anna of Chicago, IL.; and his girlfriend Ana Melendez. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
