She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Crook; her parents, Casimer Sajdyk and Pauline Sajdyk; and her siblings, Lucille Solan (Peter), Casimer Sajdyk, Jr., Walter "Bo" Sajdyk, Pat Farkas (Bob) and Lee.
She is survived by: her sisters, Dolores Fulte (late Red) and Carol Simmons (Wayne); her aunts, Josephine Wydra (late Mickey) and Lillian Zoller (late John); her nieces, Janet Fulte Papesh (Ralph) and Carrie Fulte-Meyer (Tom); and her friend Dorothy Reba. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins.
