He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hasting and Betty Sinn (Starkey); his stepfather Raymond Sinn; his brothers, Kenny, Donnie, Fred and Floyd; his siblings-in-law, Joe Carpenter and Edie Carpenter; and his parents-in-law, Hazel and Larry Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Carpenter; his brother Ray Hasting (Lisa); and his siblings-in-law, Rex Carpenter (Sherry), Danny Carpenter (Mindy), Sharon Harmon (Dan) and Katherine Carpenter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
