He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy G. Clark and Loretta A. Clark (Hanselman); his son John Cameron Clark; and his siblings, Roy W. Clark and Cheryl A. Arnett.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Clark of Hamlet; his children, Tara Sharp (Dan) of Plymouth and Matt Clark (Katina) of Hamlet; his grandchildren, Kayla McIntosh (Craig) of Koontz Lake, Hunter Keeling (Jared) of North Liberty, Ashley Rice (Skyler) of Koontz Lake, Cameron Clark of Hamlet and Colton Sharp of Plymouth; and his great grandchildren, Roman, Memphis Keeling, Amelia, Brent McIntosh and Ryker Rice.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
