He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Bell and Vera J. Bell (Grieger); his sister Darlene Gielerak; and his brother-in-law Donald Moss. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jill Manges (Richard) of Plymouth and David Bell (Jeanie) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Alison Manges, Lauren Manges, Michael Manges, Kristin Manges and Broderick Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Gielerak, Debbie Green (Rick) and Cindy Moss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
