He was predeceased by: his father Donald W. Frazier; and his sister Phyllis Mustard. He is survived by: his mother Carol Frazier (Parker) of Plymouth; his children, Tiffany Frazier of Union Mills, Shanna Whitlock (Bradley) of Stryker, OH, Tom Frazier of Koontz Lake and Donald P. Frazier Jr. of Koontz Lake; his grandchildren, Trustin, Ashlyn, Heyloh, Shane, Erik, Benjamin and Lennox; and his brother Richard Frazier (Dee) of Orlando.
