She is survived by: her parents, William Bussel and Anna Bussel (Alberson) of Logan, OH; her husband Paul Deel of Hamlet; her daughter Anna Deel of Hamlet; and her siblings, Teresa Alvares (Joseph) of Logan, OH and David Bussel (Becky) of Virginia.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rannells Funeral Home - Hamlet Chapel (102 W Davis St, Hamlet, IN 46532). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Fletcher Cemetery (700 E County Road 700 N, Hamlet, IN 46532).

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Anna Deel for her college fund that has been established.
