She was predeceased by : her parents, John Christian and Mavis Christian (Lockhart); and her brother Johnny Christian. She is survived by : her son Dennis James Lanie (Katrina) of La Porte, IN; her sisters, Sheila Radloff of Hamlet and Phyllis Jean Buchanan; her nephews, Anthony Maitland of Indianapolis, IN and Joseph Maitland (Wenonah) of Rochester, IN; her grandchildren, Damon, Lucas, Sydney, Dominic and Austin; and her close friend Roger Bailey (Ina) of Hamlet.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Haverstock Funeral Home (602 Maple Ave, La Porte, IN 46350). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
