He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Duncan and Fern Duncan (Stout); his wife Vicki Duncan; and his siblings, Robert Duncan, Phillis Hanes, Donna Jacob and Carol Sue Duncan.
He is survived by: his son Richard G. Duncan of Odessa Florida; his grandchild Fergus Duncan; and his sisters, Julia Duncan of Hamilton and Ellen Duncan of Hamilton.
