It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Andrew Clay of Hamilton, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo R. Clay and Juanita B. Clay (Bolyard); and his sister Lois A. Clay. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Clay of Ball Lake; his daughter Stephanie; his son-in-law Dustin Applegate of Albion; his grandchildren, Hunter Applegate, Trace Applegate and Reese Applegate; his sister Christine Garland of Monroeville; his sister-in-law Candyss (Rex Franklin); his niece Tammy Garnett of Monroeville; and his nephew Jason (Wendy Frank).
