He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Riggin and Treva Riggin (Miser); his siblings, Melanie and Lance; his son-in-law Tim Kress; and his grandchildren, Isaac and Angel Kress.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Leanne Riggin, Lori Riggin, Kelly Riggin and Kris Riggin; his grandchildren, Kolt (Brittany), Karlee, Allie Simmons (Christopher), Maggie, Nicole, Justin and John; his sister Sherry; his sister-in-law Ruth Anna; his stepchildren, Joyce Christle (Darren), Jim Collins and Jerry Collins (Becky); his grandchildren, Emily Ruble (TJ), Hannah Collins, Mallory Raichel (Jonathan) and Austin Collins (Amanda); and his great grandchild Linda Riggin. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
