He is survived by: his wife Eloise Platter of Hamilton; his sons, Keith Platter of Auburn, Kevin Platter of Auburn, Kent Platter (Christine Conners) of Hamilton, David Richardson (Jackie) of Auburn and Michael Richardson (Wendy) of Hamilton; and his siblings, Phillip Platter (Glenda) of Alabama and Jane Henry (Walter) of Las Vegas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
