He was predeceased by: his brothers, Thomas Fraley, Louis Fraley and George Fraley. He is survived by: his parents, Rollie Fraley and Rechina Fraley (Legge); his spouse Julia M. Siebenaler; his children, Sherri Kasson (Mike) of Perrysburg, Laurie Kaiser, Joel Kaiser and Kenneth Kaiser of Woodville; and his siblings, Gene Fraley, Ron Fraley (Deb), Janice Myers (Gary) of Hamilton, Martha Sallows of Mishawaka, Clara Musser (Allen) of Sylvania and Joyce Ice (Larry) of Angola. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
