He was predeceased by: his father Richard R. Mierendorf; and his wife Donna M. Covington. He is survived by: his mother Nancy E. Mierendorf (Brown) of Berne, Oregon; his children, Charles R. "CJ" Brown, Jr. (Danielle Barr) of Hamilton and Christina Dague of Port Clinton, Ohio; and his brother Larry Brown (Sandy) of Berne, Oregon. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
