He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving R. Burns and Theresa Burns (Westphal); and his siblings, Irving R. Burns and Georgia Krueger. He is survived by: his children, Christine Smith, Patricia Brown (Rick) and Charles I. Burns (Sherry); and his sister Jeraldine Heyne.
