She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Newell Sr. and Emma Newell (Mitchel); and her sister Sue Hilfiker. She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Gibson; her sons, Kelly (Byhalia), Todd (Jenny Gibson) and Troy (Kelly Gibson); her grandchildren, Tanner Gibson, Conner Gibson, Hayley Sinn (Grant), Ryley Gibson, Gavin Gibson and Alanna Gibson; and her siblings, Kenneth Newell Jr. of Kokomo and Cheryl Newell of Warsaw.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to the Hamilton Garden Club or Hamilton United Methodist Church.
