She was predeceased by: her parents, Urshell Pulley and Bertha Pulley (Smith); her husband Charles William Purvis (Bill); and her sister Berneta Underwood. She is survived by: her daughter Anita Crull (Tim); her grandchildren, Timothy Chad Crull, William Todd Crull and Brandi Farmer; her great grandchildren, Marti Crull, Noah Federico, Cassie Federico, James Crull, Zachary Crull, Heather Crull, Olivia Crull, William Crull, Sophia Farmer and Zane Farmer; her great great grandchildren, Catarina Crull and Lillian Crull; her niece Cheryl Bauer; and her nephew Roy Reichenbach.
