With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma L. Bicknell of Hagerstown, Indiana, born in New Castle, Indiana, who passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thelma L. Bicknell to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband James Leonard "Catfish" Bicknell; her children, Christy Lundy (Marvin), Kathy Walter (Ross), Michael Bicknell (Brenda), Jacqueline Daffron (Gary) and David Bicknell (Becky); her sisters, Margaret Berrier, Florence Arthur, Martha Taylor and Doris Warvel; and her siblings-in-law, Lewis Bicknell, Judy Garvin and Geraldine St. Clair. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Nettle Creek Food Pantry, c/o New Testament Church of Christ, 752 W. Main St., Hagerstown or to Nettle Creek Senior Center.
