She is survived by: her siblings, David Middleton (Debbie) of Lancaster, KY, Becky Bicknell (David) of Hagerstown and Angie Moyer of Washington; her close friend Chris Doty of Milton; and her nieces and nephews, Rhonda, Whitney, Kayla, Ronald David, Brock, Jake, Nate and Trey. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews.
