It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen L. Starling of Hagerstown, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on March 6, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Starling and Mable Starling (Myers); and his children, Athenia Kelley (Frank) and Eddie Starling (Gloria). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 333.
