It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Rutherford of Hagerstown, Indiana, born in Connersville, Indiana, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Allen "Doc" Eugene Retherford; and her brothers, Randall Elwood and Jerry Elwood. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Retherford (Michelle) of New Castle and Michael Retherford of Hagerstown, Indiana; her granddaughters, Linsey Retherford and Lauren Retherford; and her siblings, Connie Rhodus of Hagerstown, Marsha Foulke of Hagerstown, Lisa Moore (Paul) of New Castle and Joe Ed Elwood (Kaye Marcum) of Hagerstown.
