She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell L. Fultz and Rosa Belle Fultz (Thompson); and her husband Willie Jack Logan. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Logan of Connersville; her siblings, James Edward Fultz (Anna Mae) of Kentucky, Woodrow, Ernest B. Fultz, Golda Mae Burchett and Vesta Myrtle Logan; her niece Patty Smedley; and her nephew Leroy Burchett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
