She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Hicks and Ebbie M. Hicks (Hall); her daughter Delores Carmack; and her siblings, John D. Hicks, Jr., Randolph Scott Hicks, Noble Hicks and Connie Jo Hicks.
She is survived by: her husband Charles K. Todd; her son Charles K. Todd, Jr. (Sandy) of Hagerstown; her grandchildren, Alison King (Kyle), Clayton Carmack, Katelyn Clark (Bradley), Hannah Todd and Mekayla Todd; her great grandchildren, Sophie King, Caden King and Charlea Carmack; her sisters, Charlotte Brookshire, Carol Rummel (Richard), Nettie Smith (Melvin), Molly Grant and Dianne McIntosh; and her aunt Josie Wright. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
