She is survived by: her sons, Tyler Keith Adams and Tanner Koontz Adams; her parents, Tom Koontz and Cindy Koontz (Estell); her brothers, Lance Koontz (Adrienne), Scott Koontz (Emily), Terry Koontz (Annie) and Brian Koontz (Nikki); and her nieces and nephews, Travis, Madysen, Karlee, Kloee, Fayth, Robby, Amelia, Brenna, Jacie, Livi, Kamryn and Kinsley.
