She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Bales and Pauline Bales (Fouts); and her husband Robert White. She is survived by: her children, Terry Bales, Tim Blevins (Debra), Tony Blevins (Tina) and Paula Van Hook; and her close friend Joni Winters. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
