She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Rains and Etta Rains (Purvis); her husband Wandle L. Neal; her son Wandle Dick Neal; and her siblings, Tommy Rains and Betty King.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Jennifer Neal, Jessica Neal, Darla Neal Murphy and Dawn Neal Martinez; and her sister Lois Rains Garvin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
