He is survived by: his wife Vonne; his children, Amanda Stimler (Tim), Brandi Smith and Justin Russell (Darcy); his grandchildren, Emma McNeely (TJ), James Smith, Kendal Russell, Xander Smith, Will Russell, Courtney Stimler and Autumn Stimler; his parents-in-law, Virgil and Ada Fox; and his nephew Josh Snedigar (Keturah). He is also survived by many other friends and family members, and friends who have become family members.
